300 Yard shuttle run

Purpose: Improve endurance and conditioning of soccer players.

Equitment: 5 cones: 1st at 10 yard line
2nd at 20 yard line
3rd at 30 yard line
4th at 40 yard line
5th at 50 yard line

Steps:

1. on a ready set go procedure players sprint to 10 yard cone and back.

2. to 20 yard cone and back.

3. to 30 yard cone and back.

4. to 40 yard cone and back.

5. to 50 yard cone and back.

6. repeat how many times possible or wanted.
