Cool Soccer Trick But I don't Know The Name of it

It’s a trick that I saw on a fifa 10 video on YouTube, and I’ve searched everywhere for its name, but here it is.

Dribble the ball out in front of you. Actually step over the ball (not like a scissors) and touch it back with your heel. Do it hard enough so that in the same stride, your other foot can deflect in the same direction as the foot you originally heeled the ball with.

So if you heeled it with your right foot, the left foot behind the ball should send it to the right. The ball should go at about a 30 degree angle from the direction you were running. This is a great trick for beating your defender when you are not in tight spaces, because the ball is going to go out pretty far ahead of you.
