Corner Kick Heading (works every time)

by Garrett
(WV )

Disclaimer: you have to be set up for a corner kick in order to success with this strategy. I suggest you to first practice on it during your training sessions before adapting it in a real game. Now, let me explain how to utilize it:

1. First you need to have the halfback pull up to take the kick, as they will usually have a strong foot.

2. Second, place your two strikers on the posts, while having the best of the two on the front post of the kick.

3. The halfback will launch the ball right next to the front post, the striker should leap into the air and perform a "flick" header that will more than likely be over the keeper's head and land into the goal.

I use this strategy every time a corner kick arises because people here in the states don't expect such plays. However, even if you don’t live in U.S I suggest you to use it as most teams will not have a clue of what is going on. But keep in mind that you should not use it too frequently as the opponents will realize what you aim to do and find a way to stop you.
