Be Careful
by: Daniel

Be careful when you stop and stretch. A complete stop and stretching of hard worked muscle can hinder improvement and you may feel tight and may cause injury. Try to do a light jog in place or sum easy high knee steps. Or just hop and wave arms in a circle out to the sides of your body. Try not to raise arms above shoulder level because this will, know it or not, add strain to breathing since the diaphram is being stretched and is forced to work harder than usual
