Four Corners Drill

This drill is best performed with 4 teammates. Stand in a square. One teammate starts by either kicking the ball in, or throwing it into the "square". Before you start, you can decide whether or not you want to only allow certain moves or if anything goes.
The trick is to keep the ball in and to not repeat the same move the person that kicked to you performed. Keep up the speed and accuracy. This drill can help with passing, heading, or anything that you want to perfect your skills on.
