Goalkeepers

by Jonathan Espinoza
(5911 taywod dr tampa fl united states)

The soccer goalkeeper is one of the most important players on the field because they are the last line of defense and the first line of attack. Goalkeepers need to be in charge which means that they need to help their defense and tell them who to mark.

When the opponents are awarded with a free kick the goalie need to organize the players and form a wall so that one of the side of his goal is covered by the wall. During a corner kick the goalie needs to tell the players who to mark so that no opponent is able to score on him.
