Great passing drills I use

by Alexis
(France)

Here is the only passing drill I use in my training program, and should only be used if your alone with a friend, (if you're 3 or more do a 1 or 2 touch match or what we call a "Toro" in France, a game where people are passing each other the ball and the guy who's the "toro tries to take the ball, and if he succedes the guy who loses the ball becomes toro, why not try the same thing with more than 1 "toros"? be créative in your training routine)

Here's the drill,
Make a square of about 30 meters and use all the passes you know with both feet (for example Do the push pass 10 times with your right foot then do the same thing with your right foot...)

To send the ball to you'r friend at the other side of the circle once you've mastered all the types of passes try and do the most passes possible in a delimited time, it's really effective and it's fun...

If you're alone do the same thing with a wall. This website is amazing it has helped me so much! My turn to help now ;)
