How to Get Fit For Soccer

I think that the best fitness drill for soccer fitness is shuttle runs. What you do is get 6 or 7 cones, and set them 7 yards apart. Then you run to the first one and back, second one and back, etc. Once you go to the last one and back to the beginning it is one shuttle.

What I do is:

1 shuttle running

1 shuttle dribbles as fast as you can

1 shuttle running

1 shuttle dribbles as fast as you can

After you have done this, make a record of your time. Do this every night and try to keep improving on your time and you will be fit in no time! Once you are finished make sure that you don't let your muscles get cold and stiff. Good luck with getting fit! - Jono
