How To Shoot in Order To Beat The Keeper in One vs One Situations?

by Jake
(L,A)

The difference between a forward and striker comparing to other players is that we know how to beat the keeper in one vs. one situation. Sure, it may look easy, but when you find yourself in this type of situation, then you really need to know how to shoot in order to beat the keeper.

So, let me reveal a secret…Actually it is not a big secret but I know that many players are not aware of this. Simply, always get the keeper to make a movement at one side and then shot in the opposite. For example; consider that you are facing the keeper in a 1 vs 1 duel.

First thing you should do is to pretend that you will shoot at right (or left if you prefer it). Once the keeper performs a movement at the right you should immediately shot at the left. In real world, it would be very hard for the keeper to suddenly change his direction and throw him at the other way.
So, next time you face the keeper make sure to use this tip!
