Improve Your Soccer Touch With a Wall

To get good touch on the ball, I would recommend anyone to start kicking the ball against a wall. Not just kicking it lazily, instead, approach close to the wall and go with the inside of your right foot for 10 minutes of 500 touches.
This is boring, I know but it is great for improving your first touch and many professional soccer players have done the same when they were younger. After you have performed 500 touches with your right foot switch to you left foot, instep and outside. For passing out of the air hit the ball back and forth in the air with the wall. Right foot inside, left foot inside, right foot laces, left foot laces for about 300-500 touches.
Switch then to the left foot again and repeat. Then back up and do shooting / long ball. Focus not on power but on technique. Try to hit it on the ground. This will get your technique good. To get good at passing in a game you just need to play simple soccer and gain experience in games. Trust me, soccer is easy when you are not complicating things.
