Juggling a Soccer Ball Ball With My Head

by Richard
(St. Louis, USA)

I know how hard it can be to learn how to juggle a soccer ball with the head. Whatever you do it seems impossible to get more than few touches on the ball. Well, here is a secret on how to learn it; there is no secret at all! Simply, hard work and determination will make transform you into a juggling master. However, you should be prepared that this may take a lot of time.

It took me one year to learn how to do more than 100 touches and I was really discouraged sometimes. But, I’ve decided that I should make it and now when I look back I am very proud over myself. So, to help you on the way I will give you a plan on how to reach your goals.

First of all, don’t ever give up. Even when you feel that it is impossible to move forward, you should force yourself to do that. Second, set up realistic goals. For example; say following to yourself "in 2 months I will break my current record".

Third, once you feel comfortable with the heading technique you should try to break your record every day. This will give you motivation to more forward and increase your skills as well. Keep in mind that no one will do this for you, it depends completely on yourself. And one more thing, avoid practicing on juggling at your room as it can make your parents very angry ;-) Believe me, I know!
