Listen To Your Coach Carefully

by Patrick
(Florida)

I have been playing soccer for a while now and the importance of listening to your coach when he/she is speaking cannot be overemphasized enough. Several of my teammates rarely know what they are doing on the soccer field because when our coach speaks about their positions, these players are discussing about something completely irrelevant.

This will not only affect the performance of these players, instead our whole team will play under our normal level. You must always make sure to understand what the coach wants you to do on the field. If you do not understand all directions you should ask him/her to repeat your tasks again. If you just pretend like if you had understood everything, you will obviously be in the same seat like the players in my team.

So, if you want to succeed as soccer player, always make sure to do your best, play with 100% focus and never give up and of course, don’t forget to do what your coach tells you. If you do so, I am sure that you will reach your goals. Good Luck.
