Maradonna

This will work great if you are running directly at a defender or looking to pass him or her up quickly on a breakaway. I use this move often and in games or just against friends in practice or games.

1 Run with the ball in front of you

2 As you approach the ball and begin to execute the move spin as if you were to spin around in a circle.

3 Use your non kicking foot to roll the ball behind you and keep it moving in the original direction you were going before the spin.

4 Finish with sprinting past your opponent and either pass or shoot

Tips:

When you roll the ball with your foot in mid- spin make sure you roll it with enough force to keep it going but not too much so that it gets away from you. Make sure the ball doesn't hit your kicking foot and stop and just bounce there.
