Mistery and Shoot

Split your players up into two even lines at the top of the goal box. You (the coach) should be standing in the middle of the team. Have the first player in each line step up and sit down facing the coach.

You should start by throwing the ball and as soon as the players see you throw it they can get up, turn around, and compete against each other to score. You can change it up a little and have the players do different things before they turn around and try to score.

Here are some suggestions for the players:

• Both players lock arms and sit on the ground with their backs to each other. When the coach has thrown the ball you and the other player should stand up by pushing your feet into the ground and pushing your backs against each other to slowly stand up.

• Lay on the ground facing your coach.

• Start in the push-up position facing the coach and do one push-up once the coach has thrown the ball.

• Sit facing the coach with your eyes closed and go once your heard the ball bounce on the ground.

• Start in crawling position facing coach.

Tip for the coach

You can do all of the things above starting with the player’s eyes closed or open.
