My Soccer Experince

Hi my name Emmanuel and I'm going to let you know everything I know. Let me tell I'm only 12yr old.

PLAYING WITH THE BIG KIDS
First thing I notice when I’m playing with older they want me to pass quick and not dribble. Second they want you to play defense and when someone score they blame me. And they don't pass me the ball.

So when I play I'm basically a moving wall. But that was the past now that I have show my great dribbling skills I get the ball more often. Now I don't have play defense I promoted OMID (Offensive Midfield) which is my favorite position. So when playing with older player show your best attribute. But just don't ball hug.

FITNESS
Okay only 12 but I try everything to get stronger and faster. One thing that I realize in the process is that you get won’t get faster right away you won’t see any approve. It toke me a school year (9 months USA) to get faster I only gained stamina which I had a lot of. Secondly I was trying to gain muscle so I won’t get push of the ball easily.

One I try to do 2 set of 50 push up and I couldn't even do 20. The next my arm was so sore I felt like some squeeze my arm like lemon. From there I learned something I was weak (just joking). Like the PX90 (Don’t even think of checking it is like 200 hundred dollars us) I’ve been seeing on T.V. for the 6 months.

The program is EASY, HARD, MEDIUM, and repeats but then goes HARD, MEDIUM and HARD and repeats. So I have tried they way it is set up and I also learned that you have to do lots of stretching. And also when trying to get fit Football exercise your whole body.


EATING RIGHT
While my diet is mostly grain, meat, vegetables, fruits, fats (your thinking he is going to be fat but I can’t help it is so good. But fat is actually good for you) I don't really have much to say about this.

MY SOCCER SKILL & FITNESS PROGRAM

1. Stretch

2. Run 3miles under 20 mile

3.2 sets of 50 sit and push up (2 min rest in between)

4. Run 80 yard dash 4 times (1:30 min rest in between)

5. REST YOU NEED IT

6. Dribble in between cones five times use all surfaces of the foot

7. Sharp turns around square using cones, stick use whatever you got (use your resources)

8. Juggle 3 times kicks a high one and controls it with your feet 5 times

9. Juggle 3 times kicks a high one and controls it with your chest 5 times

10. Juggle with head, thigh, and feet.

I have some drills that are complicated to write (thrust me)
