My Soccer Move - The Higgity Wiggity

Here is a cool soccer move that I like to perform during my games and practice.

1.Roll the ball with your right/left foot to the right/left.

2.Then stop the ball quickly and tap the ball lightly back about 2-3 inches with the opposite foot you rolled the ball with.

3.The with the foot you rolled the ball with bring the ball back behind your other leg and your off.

This move works best when caught in a one on one situation and the defender is on your back and you are shielding the ball.
