Never Too Late To Succeed in Soccer

Hello. My name is Jarad. Right now I am a junior in high school. Recently, I have had an urging desire to play soccer on a team at my school. Watching and seeing the game for so many years had made me want to start again. Normally, I've been running cross-country but what something new. I started playing when I was about 5 years old and stopped at 9.

I loved it while I was playing. Back then, I could do the basic things (dribble, trap, and kick) but now I'm not sure if I can still do those kinds of things. Do you think that if I practice with what I know, and do some sort of "soccer camps" that I will be ready for trying out for the team next year? Keep in mind that my school has a very competitive status in soccer.

Thanks.

THE ANSWER

Hello Jarad, it is very hard for me to decide whether you will be ready or not because I have never seen you play. Even if I had, I would not be able to tell you for sure because I don’t know how skillful the other players are. However, I think that you should give it a try as you have nothing to lose. As you are very serious with your intentions I would absolutely recommend you to check out the The Ultimate Guide To Soccer Positions Package which consists of 4 books.

By studying these books you will be able to learn quickly how to do things right on the field, improve your fitness, avoid injures and boost your body with quality energy for better performance. These books will prepare you for the tryouts and show you how to practice in a proper way. I wish you all the best and I hope that you will succeed.

Regards, Mirsad
