Nice read
by: James

I like what you had to say and I can relate to the personal vs coach training back in high school. I had several injuries following the coach's training regime throughout high school; not a very good coach at all.

Always been talented at soccer. After all the injury setbacks, I became more focused on college and money problems. I regretted going down this road, but after college I learned so much more about nutrition, fitness, preventing injuries, and so on.

Even with all the knowledge in those areas, the hardest part now for me is focus, dedication, and motivation. I believe I am getting closer to achieving the right mental state to begin this. Thanks for a bit of inspiration needed and congratulations on your success. :)
