Practice Soccer

by Sam
(Atlanta,Georgia,USA)

Many times players often wonder how others perform so well. They think they will never become like them. The answer to this is practice. Not just a time wasting practice, but a good solid practice to build all the necessary skills for soccer. Two years ago, I was the worst player. My touches were bad and I could not shoot if my life depended on it.

But I never gave up. I trained almost every day, after school. I realized that your training should be mainly based on your weaknesses. If you have great shots, but lousy dribbling, then you should spend most of your practice time focusing on dribbling in and out of cones, instead of shooting all the time. To be a good player, you must be good in all area.

Therefore, everything must be balanced. Everyone's practices vary depending on their level of every skill. Another thing to note is to not give up. Through hard determination you can do anything. Also be patient. Everything has its own time to come. Eat well and work hard. You'll make it. I'll make it.
