rainbow

by Eric Curtis
(corfu)

Here is a cool and effective move that I like to use during my games and practice. It may seem hard to learn it directly but trust me after little test and try you will be able to perform it in the sleep :-) Here is how to perform it:

1. First take a regular soccer ball a size five or a size suitable for your soccer age then bring the ball behind your right leg.

2. Then take your left leg and rise the ball up onto of your heel.

3. Then take your left leg off of the soccer ball and then give it a nice kick with your heel.

Summary
This is a great move to start a juggle or when the goalie is coming onto you would just raise it over his head and score.
