Ronaldinho’s Passing Trick

by Nedim
(Alabama)

I’ve learned this trick while watching Ronaldinho play for Barcelona and PSG. It is very useful for confusing your opponents and if you perform it right your opponents will be completely lost. The trick is pretty simple to perform; you simply turn your head in one direction while passing the ball in the opposite.

This way of passing is very efficient near your opponent’s 18 yard box but you may use it over the whole field as well. I’ve been able to provide my teammates with many assists by adapting this way of passing in real game situations. It is really a great skill once you master it.

If you are unsure whether it will work during a real game, you can try it out on your teammates to see how they respond on it. If it works on them, than you know for sure that it will work in your games as well. But keep in mind that you should not overdo it. I mean, if you perform it 10 times in a row during a game you can be pretty sure that it will not have the same efficiency like if you were performing it only twice.
