Runner Man Gets Tired

(Mililani, HI, USA)

I call myself a runner man, because that's what I do. I'm put on the fastest guys the opposition has, and I often beat them. I was fast before, but after I did the isometric training for soccer, nobody could beat me if I tried. Being fast and not being in the best condition, is a bad combination.

After a few runs you get terribly tired. Once I got so tired I had to injury sub off the field, and come back later. I have saved numerous goals on breakaways because I can catch up and slow them down, until the defense gets back.

The moral of everything I just said, is whether you are fast or not, make sure you are the best conditioned player on the field.
