Soccer Fitness for Soccer Hints

by Foluso
(England,London)

I am Foluso and I am 12 years old but that doesn't mean that I am not a fast and skillful soccer player. My hint to everyone is that they should take part in other sports every day.

Your endurance will improve and you will get use to getting tired. It is a fun way to get fit as well. Another thing I do to get fit is do crunches and pushups to make my body get stronger. You could try 1-2 sets every day and perform approximately 15-20 repetitions. As you get stronger try to increase it. It is also good to have good nutrition and have the energy to perform at your potential on the pitch.

You should remember to practice your skills after training. Obviously, you want to rest but my advice on this is that you should practice, test your endurance and improve it. This is crucial because how are you going to play your best in the middle of a long soccer game?
