Soccer Midfielder Help!

Ok, so I have been playing since I was 4 so soccer is my life. I am not bad and really aggressive but, the defense always get the ball away from me and I have been practicing on avoiding that. Since that happen pretty often, I play the ball on the first touch and then try to get open (I am right midfield a half every game).

The left forward gets the ball and waits till the last second at the goal box to shoot so we lose the ball. So you are thinking about the right forward well he loops around me and if I pass to him he keeps the ball till we lose it. So I have a bad left forward and a great but ball hogging right forward on each side of me.

Then our defense just kicks it out instead of having a clean open pass to our midfield. Since I am aggressive and this is co-ed the parents yell at me for "hurting their little girl or boy" when they are floppers and I used nothing but my shoulder and forearm.
I never made a goal this season and I usually make 6 with my old coach.

I am 12 in 11-12 group and 5'0" tall so how can I make a goal or just become better at soccer when I already run every day and practice at least 3 times a week. What are techniques to get my endurance, speed, and 1 on 1 battle better with this team while balancing volleyball, humorous interpretation, and honors volunteer club every week? I need real help and my favorite coach moved!

THE ANSWER

Wow, you are really taking your soccer career seriously; your question is a real proof of that. However, to me, it sounds like if you are frustrated with the game of your teammates rather than your own performance? It is hard to point what you are doing wrong, but I would say that you are doing right in playing the ball on the first touch.

Do you practice 3 times with your team, or on your own? I would recommend you to practice at least once per week on your own and work on skills that you don’t have time to practice during your regular training. I used to practice every day but this is not recommended. However, I noticed that my skills improved several levels as I really put focus on improving my weak sides.

I have also wrote 4 books that will help you improve your skills. These are discussing how to find the right soccer position for your skills, the proper soccer nutrition, how to improve your soccer fitness and different injures you should watch out for. If you have some time over I really recommend you to check out them. And remember, only hard practice will help your reach your goals.
