Sprint, Jog, Dribble & Shooting Drill

Part One:
Sprint from the first to the second cone.
Part Two:
Jog backwards from the second to the third cone.
Part Three:
Zig zag in and out of cones three to six,
Part Four:
From seventh to eighth cone stretch legs out by doing lunges.
Part Five:
From The eighth cone to the twelfth cone do side stepping over the cones.
Part Sixth:
Dribble ball to the thirteenth cone.
Part Seven:
Take one touch then have a shot at the small goals.
