The 3-3-2-2 Soccer Formation

I am also a soccer coach and preparing to launch a team next year with the formation 3-3-2-2. It has got one centre back, one left centre back and one right centre back in DEFENSE. There is one central defensive midfielder, one right wing midfield, one left wing midfield, one right attacking midfielder and one left attacking midfielder in MIDFIELD.

Finally there are two forwards. The picture attached shows the formation and I tell you it really works for scoring goals even if you do not have possession. The final outcome will result in being victorious. I hope that you’ll find it useful, thanks.
