------------------------
X = Player with ball
0 = Player without ball
/,\ = Direction to move
------------------------

1. ( 0 ) runs into the GUANTLET where ( X ) will pass the ball to ( 0 ) and then ( 0 ) will pass back to ( X ) and move to the next person moving very fast and passing very fast.

2. The first set of runs ( 0 ) will do is all passing ( one touch ). The second time they go threw it will be volleys. The third time it will chests and volleys , and the fourth time will be headers.

3. After the line of ( 0 ) has ran threw the GUANTLET the ( X ) group will change place with ( 0 ) and they will run threw the GUANTLET.

This is a good drill i learned at the college. Its a perfect warm up to get the legs moving and the body loosen up.

It does take some time depending on the skill level of the players at the college it took us 15 minutes to complete this.

REMEMBER that ( X ) has the ball to start and that ( 0 ) does not they run threw it.

Hope this helps with the touch /Tony :)
