I think this is a good post becasue it not to long and it is proberly one of the most useful post that should be read for some players because no matter how hard a player trains it all goes down the drain if your really nervous

Excellent advise on relaxation

I think it is important to not let negative thoughts effect your game. I believe it was Albert Einstein who said "If you think you can you are right, and if you think you can't you are also right". So, turn those negative thoughts into positive ones to reinforce all the hard work and preparation you did to get ready for the game. And above all, relax and let your God given skill shine through.
