The Knights of the arch rivals Vikings

by By Jean

Bonaventure kalou! a Great Athlete!

Bonaventure kalou! a Great Athlete!

It was on a senior knight on whom many parents would attend and always show their appreciations to both the players and coaches. On that night I started off the bench, like most games in my varsity level in 11th grade.

That night was very special but not for most players especially me! Why? Because as soon as I was substituted I tore a muscle in my knee. The message I am trying to send to players is to be always on the know about soccer, and what other players endure as athletes! It is important also to stay fit and drink and eat the things an athlete needs during or after a season, so that you can stay healthy.

Soccer is sometimes risky, But if you have the knowledge and the willing spirit you can escape or resist *some* Goliath, such as injuries or even arguments with teammates!! Your duty is to become a good player and athlete! Or else you’re setting yourself up for a Rock Bottom. If you smell what am cooking.
