The Rainbow Kick

by yousif
(UAE)

This trick is considered one of the hardest moves to get exactly right, here’s how you do it:

1. Move slowly with the ball.

2. Put your kicking foot in front of the ball.

3. Quickly put your other foot on the back of the ball to lock it in place.

4. Lift your other leg a split second before you lift your kicking leg.

5. Try to move your legs in an arc when lifting the ball up.

6. Let go of your other leg as soon as your kicking leg is almost horizontal.

7. Keep moving your kicking leg, after while the ball should glide over your head or shoulder.
You’ll need to practice a little before you can do it over someone's head like a pro. I know this isn't the easiest way of doing the rainbow kick but it works for me :)
