Throw ins

by Roisin
(Australia)

A throw in is taken by the opposition team when the ball is kicked out.

The ball is taken in both hands and placed behind the heads.

Throw the ball over your head to a player keeping both feet on the ground.

It is a fowl if the ball is thrown and it didn't go behind your head or both feet weren't on the ground.
