Triangle Cone Drill

by Austin
(South Jersey)

My Middle School team used this one its good for quickness, first-touch control and give-and-go's. Set up three cones in a triangle formation about 3 yards apart. Two players start on different spaces.

The players with the ball will pass the ball to the other player, then run to the open space, the players will pass it to each other while running to the open space simultaneously. Starting off its good to allow two touches (control and pass) but after a few tries make it one touch.
