Winger Move by Zsolt

by Zsolt
(Hungary)

Previous year, something really strange happened. While playing soccer with my friends at the backyard of our school I managed to perform one of my best moves ever.

The thing is that I am usually pretty skillful as defender, but because our team wasn't really good, I became an attacker on the right wing. We were losing to 2-0, when I suddenly got the ball from a pass, and quickly rushed towards the opponent’s goal on the wing.

I had to face a good defender and realized that this was not going to be so easy. However, when I performed the move I am talking about in the text above my opponent was completely lost. You probably want me to explain how to perform the move I am talking about:

Step 1.
Well, first I started by crossing my left foot over the ball.

Step 2.
Second, I moved a little bit and then quickly pushed it to the left.

Step 3.
Then, I crossed the ball inside the 18 yard box and one of our attackers scored with an excellent header.

Summary
Despite that we lost the game, I learned a great move that I will use whenever I can during my games. So, losing a game doesn’t have to be a catastrophe as you can learn something useful from it as well.
